A slip-on flange is a common piping fitting, featuring a circular bolt-hole disc with a hollow center (for pipe insertion). Key details:

  • Structure: Flat disc + bolt holes + a short sleeve (to fit pipe externally) + sealed face (e.g., RF, FF).

  • Connection: Pipes slide into the flange, then welded (two fillet welds: one inside, one outside) for fixation.

  • Materials: Carbon steel (A105), stainless steel (304/316), etc. (selected by medium/pressure).

  • Standards: Complies with ASME B16.5, GB/T 9119, EN 1092-1, etc.

  • Use Cases: Low-to-medium pressure/temperature systems
