Grooved flange ASA 10 inches
Wide Compatibility & Versatility: Compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, and plastic pipes. Complies with international standards (AWWA C110, ANSI, EN 1092) and is widely used in fire protection, water supply, HVAC, chemical, marine, and oil & gas industries.
No Damage to Pipe Integrity: Grooved connection avoids high-temperature welding, preventing pipe material deformation, internal corrosion, or structural weakening. Maintains the original mechanical properties of the pipe, ensuring long-term system stability.
Cost-Effective Total Solution: Lowers labor costs (fewer skilled workers needed), reduces material waste, and minimizes maintenance expenses. The grooved design also accommodates minor pipe misalignments, avoiding additional adjustment costs.
Safety & Environmental Friendliness: No welding fumes, sparks, or open flames during installation, ensuring a safe working environment (especially in explosive or flammable areas). The sealed structure prevents media leakage, protecting the environment from pollution.
1. Overview
Grooved flange (grooved end flange) is an efficient piping connector with pre-machined grooves and mechanical coupling fixation. It replaces traditional welding/threading, complying with ANSI/AWWA C110, EN 1092-1, GB 5135.11. Widely used in fire protection, water supply, HVAC, chemical, oil & gas fields, especially for pipelines ≥80mm (per fire sprinkler codes).

Groove the pipe end; 2. Slide flange onto pipe to align grooves; 3. Place gasket into flange groove; 4. Secure coupling and tighten bolts diagonally; 5. Compressed gasket forms triple seal (mechanical compression + medium pressure self-sealing + elasticity) for leak-proof performance.
